Good Day! My name is Christina Gilmartin and I am so happy you stopped by!!! I am a professional licensed massage therapist since 2006. I graduated from the School of Neuromuscular and Massage therapy in Charlotte NC. I have been practicing in TN since 2019. I recieve great satisfaction for creating costimized health and wellness plans regarding massage therapy for my clients. In my many years of practice, I have been able to help Bodybuilders, Triathletes, Professional athletes, Postoperative Rehabilitation and a sense of well-being though Relaxation and Therapeutic massages. I also work with adolescents. As you will see on the time length of my service page, I am allowing some extra time so we are able to do a thorough intake, and completion of our time together. !!! Adolescent clients will need to have a parent present due to TN laws and liabilities. Remember to hydrate before and after treatment for optimal results.
