Good Day! My name is Christina Gilmartin and I am so happy you stopped by!!! I am a Professional Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006. I graduated from the School of Neuromuscular and Massage therapy in Charlotte NC. I have been practicing in TN since 2019. I recieve great satisfaction for creating costimized health and wellness plans regarding Massage for my clients. In my many years of practice, I have been able to help Bodybuilders, Triathletes, Professional Athletes & Postoperative Rehabilitation. I am at YOUR service ; as there are several modifications for Massage Therapy. Set in a private office, enables a Safe & Comfortable environment for YOUR Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage. Over the last four years, my work—and my life—have been shaped by resilience, community, and deep human care. I’ve practiced massage in a range of professional settings, including a local small business, which Quickly shifted to my Forever Office space @ Indulgence Salon and Medi-Spa, refining a style of Bodywork that is both Technically skilled and Deeply present. During this time, I experienced a sudden personal rupture that required me to rebuild my life overnight. What followed wasn’t collapse—it was recalibration. I was taken in by a Salon Family who walked beside me as We navigated my Breast cancer journey. Being part of that inner circle reshaped my understanding of what TRUE SUPPORT looks like when Bodies, Emotions, and Hope are stretched to their limits. That chapter sharpened my approach to care—not the performative kind, but the quiet, consistent, grounded presence that actually holds people together. Today, my massage practice reflects that depth. I work intentionally, without rushing or pretense. Every session is customized, respectful, and rooted in the belief that the body deserves to be listened to—not pushed through. As you will see on the time length of my service page, I allow extra time so we are able to do a thorough intake and goals for future appointments . Included with my Massage I incorporate gentle stretch & several skilled modalities I have mastered in my 20 YEARS Important Notes *Adolescent clients (under 18) will need to have a parent or Legal guardian present in treatment room due to TN laws and liabilities.
